How are refunds handled?
Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Our goal is to make you as happy as possible with your investment in a high quality product.
Why are we different?
Our vision is to give the best and most valuable product available, not the one that product that brings the most money. We are quality driven not money driven.
What sizes do you offer?
Currently, we solely offer a 34x18 mousepad. We may do other sizes in the near future.
How is shipping handled?
All mousepads should be shipped within 3 days of order being placed except for pre-orders which will have their approximate shipment date in the product description of the collaboration you are purchasing. Please be advised that all orders to be shipped outside of the U.S. could be subject to a customs tax/duty fee from the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware if their country requires this fee and they are to pay accordingly. Design Igloo is not responsible for any customs tax/duty fees.
Because all of our mousepads are limited edition prints, our return policy is strict. We do not accept returns under any circumstance. In the extremely rare case that you received a mousepad with manufacturer defect that got past our quality control team, you can email us at support@epicdesk.shop with a photo of the defect and we can consider on a case by case basis.
